All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Portugal .
Most of our products are made to order. Therefore, please allow between 2 and 7 business days for production and preparation of your order. This period may be extended during festive seasons, holidays, or if we experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders.
We ship twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order's tracking number.

We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages.
We do not charge VAT on orders destined for destinations outside the European Union. In these cases, your order may be subject to taxes and customs duties upon entry into the destination country.
